Appraisal & Property Review
We coordinate an independent appraisal and property review to confirm the value and suitability of the property. The cost of the appraisal is dependent on the property, so we will request a quote and provide you with the cost before proceeding. You are responsible for the full cost of the appraisal, which must be paid up front to the appraiser.

Final Approval
Once all conditions outlined on your commitment letter are satisfied and final approval has been given, we provide your file to our legal team to coordinate the closing with your legal representative.
